We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Benelux Region with the premises in Brussels.

Business Development Manager Finance

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for business development, account management, market screening and of our target prospects. You will be entirely in charge of developing our prospects into long-term clients.

  1. Responsibilities

    • Management from A to Z (be in charge!) of new business development
    • Identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities and lead meetings and demos
    • Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in cooperation with other departments within Comarch
    • Prepare on-time (organize your own time!), high-quality offers
    • Negotiate contracts being supported by the consulting and the legal department
    • To be responsible for day-to-day management of new accounts from the Benelux region

  2. We are looking for

    • Excellent language skills – Dutch and/or French required. Very good English skills are essential
    • Master level in Economics, IT, Finance, Business Administration, Management or Entrepreneurship
    • Exceptional determination, charisma and business skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
    • Experience in leadership, negotiation and supervision
    • Cultural empathy and adaptability
    • An open, structured and persuasive spirit in internal discussions and during meetings with clients
    • Proven self-starting spirit, that allows to work independently and to take responsibility
    • Charisma and optimism as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization
