Technical Project Coordinator - Cyber Security


Identity and Cyber Security Technology are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for its cyber assurance services to the group, which includes security consulting, integrity and testing functions. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing consultant and analyst workload assignments on business driven demand for security assessment and testing services. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the IT teams, external consultants and the business. You will liaise with account and portfolio managers to manage future demand for security services and be responsible for managing purchase orders for vendor payment.

You will also ensure issues identified by the cyber assurance functions are added to risk management systems and produce workload and risk based reporting of findings from the assurance functions. You will also look for continuous improvement opportunities to support agility and value of the service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • some experience in a systems working environment
  • appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT security impact upon business
  • Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel
  • excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
  • excellent attention to detail
  • good problem solving abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize where necessary
  • ability to work under pressure
  • ability to work well in a team and to work independently with minimal supervision
