The Role
As a Sharepoint Consultant, you will utilise your Sharepoint and content migration experience, and work with raw analytics data to identify content to be migrated from lefacy to SharePoint intranet. You will be required to understand the client's content and devise strategic and effective plans to migrate their content to the new Intranet.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-

  • Analyse raw analytics data to make decisions about content to be migrated
  • Working with raw analytics data from Webtrends and Google Analytics to identify content from legacy to Sharepoint intranet
  • Liaise with key senior stakeholders to discuss on content and drive sign offs on content that is to be migrated
  • Assist the client to decide on their Intranet content for the new Global Intranet
  • Present strategic plans and drive it with stakeholders while maintaining a solid balance between 'making a recommendation' and seeking stakeholder buy-in
  • Work closely with offshore teams to run migration tools and generate reports and logs

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years experience overall, with 7+ years relevant across business analytics and consultancy experience
  • At least 2-3 years of content migration experience
  • Functional knowledge of SharePoint (2007, 2010 and SP Online) and knowledge of content migration from legacy systems to SharePoint Online
  • Strong knowledge and experience of content migration process for Sharepoint - relevant to Web and Intranet
  • Content migration experience in at least 2-3 migration projects
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills - preferably experience working on global projects with demanding stakeholders
  • At least one project experience working with CXO level stakeholders
Nice to Have:
  • Technical Knowledge of Sharepoint Online
  • Basic Knowledge / Familiarity with UX Design
